Defective Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. To initiate a replacement for a defective/damaged item, please follow these steps:

3. If the item is confirmed to be defective and/or damaged, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you promptly, free of charge.
Please note the following conditions regarding defective items and replacements:

- We reserve the right to request the return of the defective item. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return.
